A Century-Old Italian Legacy

Agostino Fiasche and his son Antonio are the proud guardians of a century-old Italian legacy. As co-founders of ‘Nduja Artisans Salumeria and Tempesta Artisan Salumi, the Fiasches are the culmination of five generations of Calabrian salumi makers.

Like their namesake spreadable spicy salumi, Nduja Artisans is the perfect balance of fire and flavor. A proprietary blend of Calabrian Peppers and 100% Berkshire Pork highlight their focus on simplicity and quality, while paying homage to the Fiasches’ rich heritage.

The success of their ‘Nduja has now afforded Agostino and Antonio the ability to dust off the Fiasche Family recipe book to test and unveil additional hand-made salumi. You can taste their family tradition with each bite.


What Comes Inside:

1. Salame Di Manzo (Wagyu Beef)

100% Wagyu beef seasoned with fresh thyme, black peppercorns, and Cabernet. The natural marbling of the meat makes for an exquisite, premium flavor.

2. Nduja (Spreadable Salami)

The most famous and versatile calabrian salami. Grill or toast slices of bread and spread Nduja on top. Eat on its own or complement with some cheese like fresh ricotta or burrata.

3. Uncured Pepperoni

Unlike a lot of mass-produced pizza chain pepperoni, this pepperoni is not cooked. It is fermented and fully aged like any other classic salumi. Made with Berkshire and then classically season with fennel, paprika and cayenne.

4. Sopressata Dolce

Simply seasoned with black pepper, this “dolce” sopressata is a sweet, subtle combination of spices, rather than the hot variant you often find.

5. Chorizo

Classic flavors of smoked Spanish pimenton, Rioja wine, and garlic, this salami has all the wonderful qualities of a top-tier Chorizo.
