best ingredients we can find, with techniquethat has survived and evolved through generations.


What Comes Inside:

1. Classic Cacciatore

Inspired by old traditional Italianrecipes, this dry cacciatore is perfectly seasoned with
aromatic spices and offers notes of a subtle red wine. A perfect blend of savor and texture.

2. Del Toro Chorizo

Del Toro Chorizo Dry Salami is a take on the most revered Spanish classic. Rich in both
color and taste with a wonderfully sweet, smoky spice made from small, pointy chili
peppers and dried over a wood burning flame.

3. Chorizo Seco

Our version of an old time classic is seasoned with a beautiful sea salt, mild paprika, and
garlic. Subtle and earthy, this Chorizo is just powerful enough, without overpowering.

4. Cervesa Seca

Cerveza Seca demonstrates how the use of beer in the curing process can produce a
flavor so enchantingly unique, that it eludes classification. Slowly dry-cured with a bottle
fermented brown ale, pasture raised, heritage breed pork, and hand harvested fleur de sel.

    salami made simply with high-quality pork and hand-raked sea salt.

    Our classic, mild, Spanish style chorizo is spiced simply with sea salt and Pimentón de la Vera.
