1. Coppa Americano

A unique charcuterie experience made from shoulder and neck meat, also referred to as
capocollo or capicola, our Berkshire Coppa balances the curing processes for prosciutto
and salami to create a completely unique flavor experience.

2. Lomo Americano

Handcrafted from the highest quality Heritage Berkshire pork loin, raised on crate-free farms, fed a vegetarian diet, with no antibiotic use ever. Lomo develops its flavor and texture from a cold dry curing process. A unique item, that balances the lean loin with the subtle creamy back fat cap on the loin.

3. Prosciutto Americano

Our signature prosciutto simply made with the highest quality antibiotic free pork and sea salt. Launched in 2005 and still our flagship prosciutto, it’s lauded for a distinct richness and depth of flavor.

4. Sopressata

Our Sopressata Salami is handcrafted with a proprietary spice blend that adds delightful subtle heat. Served to stand alone on a charcuterie board or with other meats on a sandwich or salad this rendition kicks up the flavor of any meal as a real kitchen workhorse and worthy pantry staple.

5. Genoa Salami

Our Genoa Salami is handcrafted with a meat forward flavor profile and creamy, velvety texture. Perfect on a charcuterie board paired with Pecorino or Asiago cheese.t
