How can I be involved in the Carnivore Club Community

Refrigeration
We encourage all members keep their Carnivore Club boxes in the fridge. The meat in the boxes change from month to month but on average they have a shelf life of 1-3 months. The meats are cured and sealed which makes it possible for them to be stored at room temperature (60 degrees) for at least a month. You will increase the shelf life and maintain the quality of the meats by storing properly in your fridge.
Dietary Restrictions/Allergies
Carnivore Club does it's best to select meats that everyone can eat. Each month, we work with a different supplier so that you get a wide variety of products. Can I apply multiple discount codes/coupons to the same order?
No, only one discount or promotion can be applied to the same order.
What is your cancellation policy?
Subscription members can choose to cancel at any time. If you wish to cancel before your 3-month initial period, your credit card on file will be billed for the 2nd and 3rd box. After canceling, we will not charge you for any subsequent months, but you will receive a final Carnivore Club box if you already paid for that month. There are no penalties to cancel your Carnivore Club subscription (other than your loss of amazing food, of course).
How does the referral program work?
Refer your friends and earn FREE MEAT! Every time you refer a friend, you will receive a $15 (£8 in the UK/EU) credit towards your next box upon their first purchase.
Subscriptions & Ordering
How does a subscription work?
Carnivore Club accepts orders for the current month's box between the 1st to 31st of every month. All orders placed during the current month will be shipped during the first full week of the following month. For example. All orders placed between January 1st and 31st will be shipped the first full week of February.

Subscription members sign up for a three month/box minimum commitment and can cancel anytime once the three month period has ended Subscribed members have the option to change the frequency with which they are billed and receive their boxes. Frequency options available are monthly, bi-monthly (every two months), and quarterly (every three months).
What will I receive in my box?
Each month our members receive a Carnivore Club branded box filled with 4-6 handcrafted cured meats from top artisans. Each box is themed around one producer specializing in a particular style of cured meats: French Charcuterie, Italian Salumi, Spanish Chorizo, and South African Biltong are but a few. There’s typically 20 – 32 ounces of meat altogether and whether you receive 4 or 6 types of meat, and it will always reflect the same retail value from box to box. This is not your typical grocery store deli meat!
Can I choose which meats are featured in my next box?
Customers cannot customize which meats come in each box. We feature one specific artisan each month and profile their products.

Custom Carnivore Club themes or special product requests are done for corporate gifting only and require notice with a minimum order of 100 boxes. For more information and/or to place an order please contact support@carnivoreclub.co and someone will respond within 24 hours.
What if I only want one box?
If you would only like one box, check out our gift options or choose a “One Month Membership” box to purchase an individual box without subscribing.
Shipping
Our Shipping Policy
We process and ship our orders during the first full week of each month after you placed your order. Once your order ships, it takes about 2-5 business days to complete delivery. You can also change the month(s) that your boxes are being delivered up until the 31st of each month.

Marketplace Shipping
All orders will be shipped on the following Tuesday. For example, if your order was placed on Thursday, your order is scheduled to ship the following Tuesday.
Where Do We Ship?
USA: All 50 united states and Armed Forces locations Canada: All the provinces in Canada UK/EU: Across the European Union Australia: All Australian states and territories, we are unable to ship to PO boxes in Australia.
Can I replace items which broke in transit?
Yes, we will issue full replacements at no cost. We do ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods so that we can relay that back to our feature artisan that month.
How do I locate my tracking number?
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information when your shipping label has been printed, communicating your delivery for that particular month.

Billing
Recurring Subscription: You will be billed immediately for your first purchase and then billed in the middle of the month for all subsequent boxes. Our order processing cycle takes place starting the 1st to 31st of every month. For example purchases between September 1st - September 30th will receive an October box.

Gift: All gifts are paid for in full for the number of months desired. For example, if you would like to purchase a four-month subscription for a lucky someone, you will be billed $55 x 4 months. Your gift boxes will automatically ship for the next available month.
How do I update my credit card for my subscription?
You can quickly update your credit card information by logging into our account then;

  • My Subscriptions
  • Click "edit" 
  • Scroll down to Billing and Credit Card Information, click "edit"
  • Update credit card number
  • Press Save

How do I redeem a gift gard?
To redeem a gift card code sign up and head to your accounts page. Click on the gift card section, and you will see an input field to enter your code. After entering your code, click to redeem and your account will be credited for the value of the gift card.
Refund Policy
At this time we do not issue refunds unless your order is damaged. At which point, we will issue full replacements at no cost. We do ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods, so that we can relay that back to our feature artisan that month.
